Starlet Bridal and Prom has moved to the Windsor Town Green! The new Bridal Salon and Prom Pop Up Shop are now both open! The Bridal Salon is at 153 Johnson Street in Windsor and the Prom & Party Pop-Up Shop is at 114 Johnson Street in Windsor. The Starlet Bridal and Prom store in Santa Rosa is permanently closed. Appointments are required for both Bridal and Prom, so call the Starlet Staff at 707 546-4900 to make your Prom Appointment!
